Leak Tester MF-200 is purpose-built for vacuum leak and seal-integrity testing — as well as microbial ingress testing — of a wide range of packaging: pharmaceutical glass bottles, vials, plastic solid bottles, blister packs, aluminum-plastic sachets, syringes, pipettes, vacuum bags, cans, milk-powder bags, foil bags, eye-drop bottles, medical device packaging, liquid bags, jelly cups, caps, cosmetic bottles and daily-chemistry packaging.

3、Testing Principle

By evacuating the vacuum chamber, a pressure differential is created between the inside and outside of the sample. For a sample immersed in water, any gas escaping from it is observed; alternatively, the sample’s expansion and the recovery of its original shape after the vacuum is released are observed. Either way, the seal performance of the sample is judged accurately.

Complies with GB/T 15171, ASTM D3078 and other standards.
